This workshop explores the 4 C’s of Mental Toughness
To what extent do you perceive you have control over the things that happen in your life?
How does self-belief help you to achieve all the things that you want from life?
How likely are you to stick to your goals when things get tough?
How willing are you to push out the boundaries of your comfort zone?
This workshop will be interactive, exploring personal strategies that will increase our levels of Mental Toughness. Participants will develop a rich understanding of what Mental Toughness is and how to apply it to everyday lives to increase wellbeing and performance.
